All orders are  expressed shipped from our D*Designer Studio in Gold Coast,  via Australian Post.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within the next business day.

Delivery of your order will arrive at your address within 2 business days to major cities.

Garments are carefully packed in protective garment bags and shipped using sustainable packaging, which is later reused for your return. We kindly ask that you unpack your order with care to help preserve both the garments and our eco-friendly packaging. and follow the  included instruction.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unable to be home to receive your package, please contact us at  to arrange an alternative delivery option

All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. While we strive to send your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by remote delivery locations, courier service issues, or adverse weather conditions.

RETURNS 

Each garment arrives with return packaging and a pre-paid shipping satchel for your convenience. Please ensure the item is returned on or before your agreed return date to avoid late fees.
Simply place the garment in its protective bag and reuse the original packaging to help reduce waste.

  

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting info@ddesignerrentals.com.au
